My client has various roles which I am currently recruiting for with immediate start dates.

You'll take calls from customers. You'll be answering any queries they have relating to their products which you'll recieve full training on.

All I ask for in return is for you to display the following qualities

* Great communication
* PC literate
* Organisation

You'll be responsible for making our customers feel ultra happy and satisfied with the service they receive so a positive attitude is a must. You'll work as part of a larger team, offering and taking support when needed.

If you have previous customer service experience, good time keeping and the ability to multitask then great. If not, my client has an outstanding training team who'll support you in developing the skills you need to be successful.

You'll work for one of the cities largest employers where you can gain a multitude of experience in the industry and one foot in the door to your future success.
