My client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on a temp to perm basis.

Successful Candidates:

·  Have previous customer service experience

·  Be PC literate

·  Proactive and able to work on own initiative

·  Possess excellent communication skills

·  Proactive and able to work on own initiative

The Role:

·  Dealing with inbound calls from customers

·  Checking warranty details

·  Updating computer systems

·  Dealing with any queries or complaints that may arise

·  Booking engineers out to visit customers homes

·  Accurate entry of information onto PC systems

·  General administrative duties
