Customer Service Advisor

Based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove.

£9.00ph

Temp to Perm

Hours of Work : Monday to Friday 09.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.

My client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on a temp to perm basis.

Successful Candidates:

·  Have previous customer service experience in a call centre environment.

·  Be PC literate

·  Proactive and able to work on own initiative.

·  Possess excellent communication skills.

·  Have a passion to deliver excellent customer service.

·  Will need to drive and have their own reliable vehicle because of the location of the business.

The Role:

·  Answering and dealing with inbound calls from customers.

·  Checking warranty details.

·  Updating computer systems.

·  Dealing with any queries or complaints that may arise and resolving in a timely manner.

·  Booking engineers out to visit customers homes.

·  Accurate entry of information onto PC systems.

·  General administrative duties

·  All other duties as required within the role.
