Adecco Birmingham is urgently recruiting for a number of inbound call centre operatives to undertake a 12 week contract at a large client in Oldbury. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be responsible for inbound calls made to the call centre.
This role is expected to go permanent after 12 weeks.
In order to be successful for this role you will have an excellent telephone manner and ideally some experience working within customer service.
This is a temporary role which will initially be for 12 weeks and you will be required to begin immediately at the site in Dudley.
Depending on the area in which you are successful you will be required to work within one of the following areas:
· Handling emergency calls and providing a service to individuals needing breakdown cover
· Organising drivers locations, suppliers etc
· Handling calls from existing customer and take responsibility for cross selling/up-selling
Depending on which role you carry out, you will be required to work one of the below shift patterns:
· 8 hours Monday - Friday between 07:00-11:00 - 6 shifts on and 3 off lates and earlies
· 7 hours 08:00-20:00 Monday - Friday including Saturdays 9:00-16.45
