Human Resources
*To maintain up to date, confidential personnel and training files.
*HRM - to input data in to the database.
*Time Manager System- maintain and adjust records to ensure the production of accurate and timely information relating to staff records.
*Assist in production of weekly and monthly reports.
*Assist in the provision and administration of the recruitment service to the organisation.
*Assist in the arrangement of recruitment interviews.
*Produce training timetables.
*Allocate unused car parking spaces on a weekly basis.
*Assist in the administration of Independent Assessor information including keeping up to date DBS and insurance documentation.
*Assist in the organisation of annual lifestyle assessments and mammograms.
*To handle diplomatically and confidentially HR queries.

Facilities
*Assist in the administration of ethnicity and thank you monitoring information
*Assist in the accurate compilation of outgoing post including recorded delivery e.g. audit letters to families
*Assist the Facilities Officer when required with general facilities maintenance e.g. refilling of coffee machines

General
*To participate in cross-functional projects as appropriate.
