Are you proactive and able to use your own initiative? Do you have HR experience? Have you got an understanding of legality of contracts? Yes, then we would like to hear from you?

Our client is looking for an experienced HR systems and operations Partner/Manager to support the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system. This is a hands on role and will require the successful candidate to take an active and involved approach to the more complex administrative areas.

Key experience and competencies required:

* Full understanding of HR administration life cycle
* Excellent admin skills
* Able to supervise workload and people
* Excellent understanding of HR systems and management information extraction
* Ideally previous experience as a HR System Administrator or Super-user and have implemented a new system
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of conducting own audits and acting on changes required

This position will be for 3 to 6 months.
