Adecco Bristol are excited to be supporting our client with an HR Coordinator role based in Bristol. Supporting a small, dedicated team with recruitment, training programmes, complex queries and HR advice, the right candidate will be willing to get stuck in and offer a hands-on approach to the office.

This may be your second role in the HR sector or your first step into an HR position alongside your CIPD studies.

Duties

·  Internal recruitment for the team

·  Prepping for and conducting payroll

·  Processing new starters

·  Providing advice to department heads

·  Grievances and disciplinary processes

·  Project work

·  Implementing new training programmes

·  Keeping up to date with employment law

·  Health and safety standards

Individual

·  Willingness to learn and get stuck in

·  Team player

·  Professional approach to situations

·  Genuine interest in HR

·  CIPD qualified or study in progress

·  Able to communicate effectively

·  Considerate and fair

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
