Adecco are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to join and add value a well-established team within a very reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. However, this will be a Regional role and field based around Scotland there for own car is essential as travel will be involved.

This is ideal for someone looking to take a step up in their HR career. CIPD is not necessary however beneficial, its more based on your experience, attitude to work, work ethic, enthusiasm and ambition.

Salary: £30,000 + benefits .

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Required Skills & Experience:

·  Full UK Driving license and own car.

·  Relevant HR Generalist experience to then utilise and then develop.

·  Up-to-date knowledge of current and future employment legislation.

·  Demonstrable skills of MicroSoft Office packages and exposure to various HR systems.

·  Honesty and high integrity, Enthusiastic and continuous improvement mind-set.

·  Having a proactive approach to problem solving.

Principal Accountability's:

·  Own diary management.

·  Ability to build strong, consultative working relationships with various stakeholders across the business.

·  Aligning the HR and Practice People plan to support the overall business strategy and agenda set out by Management.

·  Providing advice and guidance to management on all aspects of human resources.

·  Being the main HR contact for the Operational team and Managers to ensure the group People Strategy is aligned in more local offices.

·  Implementing new processes continously making the organisation a great place to work.
