Cheshire Constabulary are looking for an HR Assistant to support in a large project involving the transformation of the force systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with some HR knowledge to join a busy team in a large and respected organisation.

The role will involve supporting the HR department during this transition. You will be using various HR systems to help build and test a new IT system. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the below skills:

* Attention to detail
* Accuracy
* Knowledge of HR systems
* Good computer skills with the ability to interrogate systems including the ability to cross reference information against multiple systems
* Understanding of recruitment processes
* Ability to communicate across all levels

Working hours are Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week within office hours.

The role is for 3 months initially and to start ASAP (subject to background checks.)
