HR/Finance Assistant

Then this is the role for you!

We are looking for a HR assistant with finance knowledge to work within a family orientated team to assist and help wherever is needed. The role will be on site, and you will be undergoing a multitude of tasks supporting the existing HR department.

The role

·  Monday- Thursday 9:00am- 17:15 pm

·  Friday 9.00am- 15:45 pm

·  Liverpool

·  Excellent training and development

HR Duties

·  Overseeing holidays, absences & overtime

·  Net working hours

·  Return to work forms and meetings

·  Monitoring company absence rates

·  Employee list (updating details in folders and on the computer)

·  Company Mileage

·  Entering and filing the reviews

·  Vetting Procedures

·  Company filing system

·  General admin

·  Supporting Team Members

·  Staff Uniform

·  Overseeing and updating Our Policies & Procedures

·  Drivers Licence checks

Finance Duties

·  Day to Day Banking

·  Short Term Forecasting

·  Invoices on Sage

·  Managing Amazon Acct (invoices, remittances, payments)

·  Petty cash transactions

·  Credit card monthly check

·  Statements monthly check

·  Supplier payments

·  Emailing customers and suppliers (old invoices, queries, and payment dates)

·  End Of Year paperwork for Accountants

Other Office Duties

·  Printing documents from admin email

·  Sorting crucial documents into folders

·  Overseeing and organising Christmas - cards, calendars, decorations, meal out etc

Required Skills

·  Experience within HR

·  Good communication skills

·  Ability to work within a team

·  Good time management skills

·  Finance experience

·  Good organisational skills

·  Need to be able to pass Police vetting

Desired Skills

·  Good knowledge of Sage, Excel, Outlook
