HR Advisor

Up to £32,000

Monday to Friday

Duties:

·  Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance and company policies

·  Prepare all documentation for Managers

·  Support employees on family friendly policies and entitlements

·  Assist with recruitment campaigns

·  Deal with all HR queries

·  Process HR data and Reports

·  Prepare contracts

·  Complete employee checks

·  Attend meetings when needed

You:

·  CIPD

·  Experience in HR

·  Competent using MS Packages

·  Great communication skills
