Requirements :

·  CIPD Part qualified or above

·  HR experience

·  Able to manage large caseloads

Duties:

·  First point of contact for all staff

·  Provide support to staff and management

·  Help with all administration within the HR department

·  Advise managers on all employee relations issues

Location: Southend

Salary: Up to £32,000

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Permanent
