Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Engineering Company in Poole as a HR Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 months.

£10.00 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm

Job Description:

As a HR Administrator you will be working as part of a team managing and supporting the wider businesses in the processing of new starters to the Company. You will assist in the smooth running of the HR Administration service line, providing customer service excellence, taking ownership of queries and cases from initial contact through to resolution.

Duties:

·  Performs HR Admin validation of work instructions in line with SOX compliance requirements

·  Maintains SAP HR system timely and accurately

·  Ownership, action and resolution of queries via telephone calls and live chat system

·  Correction of CHCM errors timely and accurately

·  Provides training to new and existing team members

·  Contributes to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided and the individual customer experience

·  Promote the use of self service tools by proactively using contact opportunities to coach and educate customers

·  Participate in departmental training activities including training programmes in support of new technologies, procedures and customer service initiatives and enhancements

·  Provide cover to the service line when necessary

·  Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager / TL from time to time

·  Supporting Learning Campus with the planning and scheduling of training courses

·  Placing or adjusting training content within the learning portal including ad hoc reporting

·  Opportunities to work closely with the Learning Partners to understand bespoke requirements for training needs.
It would be great to see candidates with:

·  Skilled in MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook

·  Experience of working in a team

·  Understanding the employee life cycle

·  Experience of working in a contact centre or shared services, with a passion for customer service excellence

·  Demonstrable understanding of HR Administration processes

·  Customer Facing experience essential

·  Supports the Induction and Integration of new team members

·  Understanding of support requirements aligned to differing business cultures

·  Flexibility required in terms of working hours and travel will be required

·  Working knowledge of HR Administrative information systems (preferably SAP) would be desirable

·  Excellent communications skills

·  High attention to detail

·  Strong organisational skills
