Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Hatfield
Salary: �20,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a global company based in Hatfield they are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their busy team. You will be supporting the HR team in providing a first class administrative service to all employees and external parties. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Advisor and HR Recruitment & Systems Co-Ordinator.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor the generic HR email inbox.
* Open and deal with the department's daily post.
* Responsible for incoming department telephone calls
* Prepare all employee HR induction Packs.
* Ensure induction pack material is kept up to date and relevant.
* Mass Memos and internal communication.
* Assistant with department projects.
* Respond to staff and managers for various information requests.
* Issue Reference requests
* Auto-enrolment administration
* Record and process any completed and returned induction pack forms (e.g. car forms, benefit selections, induction booklet, pension forms).
* Add new starters to the HR (SAGE) system and the HR portals
* Update all necessary spreadsheets and systems with new starter information.
* Produce monthly reports for Accounts
* Code departmental invoices via the SHARE system.
* Assist in preparation of ad hoc letters, presentations and reports.
* Loan Applications, repayment enquiries and administration.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES:
* Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail required.
* Computer literate and competent user of Microsoft Packages (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
* Personal attributes: committed, outgoing, confident, polite, professional & driven.
* Excellent customer service approach.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication & organisation skills are essential.
* Possess a genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
* Exposure to HR software is advantageous.
