We currently have several vacancies in the Newham area for a Highway Roads Worker or a Clerk of Works. The role is a temporary role but is ongoing, meaning there is no end date at the moment. The hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.

You must have a valid CSCS and NRSWA accreditation

The duties include, but are not limited to :

*Daily duties of a Highways operative.

*Attending the depot and reporting to your supervisor

*Excavating - Hard & Soft Digs.

*Asphalting carriageway/footways

*Concreting, paving & kerbs

*Installing and removing street furniture Guardrails, posts & signs

*Deliver, set up, monitor and Collect TM at various locations across the borough

*Maintain safe working practice at all times

*Keeping all paperwork up to date

*Being professional at all times

*Promote the client by working in accordance with guidelines Working on call out
