We're looking for an experienced Volume Recruiter to join one of the UK's leading Recruitment Agencies. You'll be based within an on site Recruitment team at our Financial Services client and will be responsible for delivering their Contact Centre requirements. To thrive in this role you will need a passion for customer service and have experience of running high volume recruitment campaigns.

You'll be welcomed into a team with 3 other onsite colleagues, and together we manage the recruitment for our corporate client. We are a close knit supportive team who are passionate about providing quality service and the best results for BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK.

Key Responsibilities within the role

·  Being the point of contact within Recruitment for our Operations department

·  Telephone calls- screening candidates and completing the registration process in line with requirements stipulated by both BNP Paribas and Adecco.

·  Writing advertisements and promoting opportunities using job boards, recruitment agencies, client website and LinkedIn.

·  Liaising with Candidates and Hiring Managers to co-ordinate interviews

·  Assisting in formal interviews with hiring managers, as well as co-ordinating Assessment Centre sessions

·  Provided a consultative service to the client throughout the full 360 recruitment process

·  Production of client reports- regular and adhoc

·  Providing outcomes and feedback to candidates to ensure that a positive journey is achieved for all

·  Preparing candidate documentation as appropriate

·  Scanning and filing of documents, organising paperwork and digital files and updating databases.

To be successful for this role, you will need:

·  Previous experience of working on high volume recruitment campaigns

·  Demonstrable stakeholder management skills

·  Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues

·  Fast learner with a problem solving mentality and high attention to detail

·  Ability to take own initiative and offer ideas for further improvement of processes

·  Ability to prioritise and organise own workload

·  Knowledge of HR policies and best practice would be beneficial

·  Proficient in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook, as well as Recruitment/ATS systems

The finer details:

This position is a full time, permanent role. The working hours that we cover are 9am - 5:30pm Monday- Friday, with some flexibility required around business needs.
