Our client is looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join their company on a full time, permanent basis. This role is full time Monday to Friday working no more than 48 hours per week. This will be night shifts, tramping.

This role will be responsible for moving products to customers across the UK. The driving role is an integral part of this business and you will be the main point of contact for customers. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Full training will be provided on processes, tipping and electronic weighing equipment.

You will be responsible for collecting and delivering loads, completing driver paperwork, deal with daily vehicle inspections, report any vehicle defects and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean to avoid product contamination.

The ideal candidate will require:

Clean Class 1 HGV licence
CPC Training
Ability to build a rapport with customers
