Right now, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk & Working Environment Administrator - which comes with flexible working and a range of benefits.

As Helpdesk & Working Environment Administrator, which reports to the Working Environment Manager, you will co-ordinate the effective and efficient operation of the Working Environment Helpdesk which encompasses IT, Facilities and Purchasing across the four TSP office locations of York, Manchester, Reading and Birmingham. The team ensures all services and operations are compliant, efficient and deliver value for money in order to support the business to focus on its day to day objectives. You will also provide admin support to the team in particular Purchasing where you will undertake the processing of Purchase Orders on the current purchasing system.

*Previous Service Desk/Help Desk experience is desirable
*Previous experience in admin roles
