I am currently recruiting for motivated and customer focused candidates to work for a fantastic client in Manchester. Due to growth and expansion my client will be adding a new team of Weekends Shift Helpdesk Operators to their existing friendly team.
As a Helpdesk Operator you will be taking calls from members of the public across the UK who wish to report faults or issues with their homes, you will manage the call, logging information, prioritising the fault and informing the customer of next steps.
This is initially a temporary role which will become a permanent role after 12 weeks for the right candidates.
Shifts are between 8am - 11.30pm on Saturday and Sunday - 16-20 hours per week
What we are looking for
Excellent customer service experience, from any background!
Candidates who want to work consistent night shifts
Experience working with a computer system
Excellent communication skills
