Background

Due to the present incumbent in the role taking a 6 month assignment as part of their self-development there is now an exciting temporary opportunity in the HSE department.

The role is a temporary B3 vacancy as the site HSE administrator, and is open from. This role reports directly into the HSE Manager on site.

The Job

The HSE administrator role is fundamental to the effective running of the site Health and Safety Management system. The purpose of the job is to ensure that all HSE data gathering and reporting systems are maintained effectively.

Key Outputs

·  The management of all site accident and near miss reports, as well as ensuring effective close-out of any actions.

·  The compilation of all safety metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly cascades, both locally to site as well as across Europe and globally.

·  To ensure the effective running of the site laundry contract, including new orders, replacements, complaint handling, and budgetary responsibility.
