Are you a customer service orientated agent that is looking for the next step in your career? Do you speak fluent German? If so we have an exciting opportunity within a large, reputable company based in the South Manchester area that is looking for you!

Duties Include but are not limited to:

*Quoting and selling the services of the company using their bespoke system.
*Changing bookings and actively up selling wherever possible.
*Being customer service focused at all time

Skills/Experience Required:

*Customer service experience
*You must be flexible with working hours due to a variety of shifts
*Must be able to speak fluent English and German
*Team player
