We are currently recruiting for two temporary Caretakers with a local client with an immediate start for 3 months initially!

Duties include:
Grass cutting/general grounds maintenance with petrol-driven equipment,
Litter picking,
Tidying bin stores,
General cleaning/tidying up, including some internal.

You must have a Valid DBS to be considered for this position.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar paid role,
Good customer service/communication skills to be able to represent our client in a positive way and deal with on-the-spot enquiries/approaches from tenants

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm, 35 hours per week
£10.00 - £10.50 per hour - dependant on experience.
