Our Client is looking for candidates to complete a 12 month fixed term contract..

We are looking for skilled Production Operatives, who are able to work under their own initiative, have a good level of English and Maths, be quality driven and possess mechanical interest.

. Maintain H+S, Quality and Hygiene guidelines.

. Complete all product changeovers/setups following appropriate processes using relevant equipment

. Proactively resolve problems

. Understand and ensure that productions targets are achieved whilst maintaining customer demands

This is a brief job description and full details will be given to the successful candidates.

This job role is primarily a weekend shift compiling of Friday Saturday and Sunday night shift 6pm tp 6am one week and the opposite weekend will be Saturday Sunday and Monday 6am to 6pm.

Training will be on a Monday to Friday shift 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6am to 1230pm and opposite shift being Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm and Friday 1230pm to 7pm.

Starting salary is £17500per annum for the first 12 weeks then increases to £19000 per annum. You will also be subjected to weekend shift allowance of £5100 per annum and a monthly weekend worked bonus of £333.33 per month. This is paid once you start working weekend shifts.
