My Manufacturing client based in Stoke on Trent is seeking a candidate who is fluent in French to join their sales team.

The purpose of the role is to provide an interface function between the Sales Office in Stoke and the operation in France.

Liaising with customers regarding products, pricing, deliveries and complaints. To speedily rectify and provide help and information to the satisfaction of the customer. To promote, strengthen and enhance the Company image.

To input orders and participate in both database and order maintenance.

To support the Sales Office Manager in terms of tenders / coding / quotations and general day-to-day enquiries as well as administration duties.

To assist distributors and end users with basic technical and commercial questions

·  Works in an open plan office environment, reporting to the Sales Office Manager.

·  Works closely with team members.

·  Works closely with other departments within the business.

CANDIDATES MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
