In this position it is necessary to be fluent in French both written and verbal at a professional level and have a senior level of experience within identifying and developing candidates, conducting pre-screening, phone screening and arranging interviews and short listings. Should also be experienced in designing specific questions and scripts for screening purpose as well as interviews.
The correct candidate must be able to maintain data quality and accuracy on the company's internal databases and client talent acquisition system whilst also leveraging relevant social media and communications channels.
Having strong time management skills is very important as well as having strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. This is a fast paced environment and involves a good adaptable person being able to deal with multiple systems and procedures whilst multi-tasking between multiple sources.
