A fantastic job opportunity has arisen working for a global company who are leaders within their industry sector. Our client really values their employees and is seeking a French conversational speaking customer service adviser to join their friendly and proactive team.
My client is seeking a French and English speaking individual both oral and written with previous customer service experience. We require a motivated, confident, tenacious and positive person who understands the importance of giving a fantastic service.
Duties include:
· Calling and emailing clients
· Working with clients to resolve any issues
· Responding to incoming emails, phone calls and requests.
· Entering accurate information onto three bespoke systems.
· Working closely with the team and other departments.
· Day to day administrative duties
This position is for a fixed 6-month period however there will be opportunities to become permanent after this period.
Essential skills for this role includes: Fluent French both verbal and written & English language skills are essential. You will be able to communicate clearly. Have the ability to organise and prioritise own workload. Good MS Office skills; including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Hours- Monday to Friday - Flexible hours are available around the core hours of 9-5pm.
