To assist in all the activities to achieve the BRC accreditation on the site including audit preparation.

To assist in creating raw material specifications.

To understand all products and processes on the site and create and maintain internal specifications to cover all the products.

To co-ordinate with production and other team members to obtain samples and other essential information for the specifications.

To understand the customer requirement from a brief and create finished product specifications and ensure all specifications are approved and the deadline for submitting specifications are met.

To maintain a log of all specifications and ensure product library is up to date.

To assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) i.e. writing procedures, creating flow diagrams, instructions etc.

To ensure all files are up to date.

Ensure that systems and procedures are adhered to.

Ensure that you uphold the company Health & Safety policy at all times.
