Based in Kidderminster
Salary �18,000

Due to continued growth, development and expansion my client based within the Kidderminster area is looking for an experienced F&B supervisor to join their team in a newly renovated and refurbished establishment.
Duties & Responsibilities
-To meet and greet and be alert to whatever the guest needs are
-To provide customers with a quick and accurate service and show sensitivity to their individual needs, both from behind the till as well as in the dining areas
-To be fully aware of and observe current liquor licensing laws
-Work with Heads of Department and Assistant Managers to ensure the standards of service for your department are met
-Ensure that the service offered by all team members is personal and memorable. That guest needs are anticipated and requests followed up. Build relationships with guests, ensuring that they want to return to the hotel
-Assist with Duty Manager cover of the hotel
-To make your service smooth, confident and tailored to every individual that walks in the door
-Understand and deliver drinks, menu and wine list as well as supporting promotion, keep your product knowledge up to date across all areas of the hotel
-To ensure on all occasions you observe safe and hygienic working practices in order to satisfy Health and Safety at Work, Food Hygiene and other statutory legislation
-To be fully aware of and observe security procedures laid down by the hotel and company
-To attend work consistently well groomed, in uniform, as laid down to the standard required
-To be aware of and strictly adhere to fire procedures
-To consistently deliver excellent customer service
-To attend training when required

Successful Candidates:
-Will come from a hospitality background ideally with hotels
-Have excellent communication skills
-Able to work as part of a team
-Have excellent planning and organisational skills
-Able to adapt to change
-Be flexible in regards to working hours
