Adecco Bristol are delighted to be supporting our client in the South of Bristol with the recruitment of a Fleet Administrator. From checking the vehicles used are safe to paying penalty charges, the right person isn't afraid of working in an industrial environment. This is a brand, new role where the candidate will have an immediate impact on the Warehouse team who are expanding quickly. Duties

·  Processing audit information for all engineers' vehicles

·  Organising payments to ensure services continue across the business

·  Provide support with laptop and phone devices

·  General administrative duties

·  Supporting a busy warehouse team

·  Use Excel and complex databases with a high level of attention to detail

Individual

·  Strong communication skills verbal and written

·  Proficient on Excel

·  Self starter with initiative

·  Happy to work in a warehouse environment

·  Able to pick up delegated tasks

·  Supportive team player
