Adecco are currently looking to recruit a time served Maintenance Mechanical Fitter for a large manufacturing firm based in Kilmarnock. This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager. This role is a 6 month contract.

You must be a time served Maintenance Fitters from an industrial environment and be experienced in a mechanical engineering discipline and have experience in the troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Ideally you will be qualified to a minimum of HNC or equivalent and have extensive experience in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Below is the shift allowance

Backshift - 34.5 hrs/week @ 40% premium
Night shift - 37.5 hrs/week @ 33.33% premium

The working hours are:

Day shift 37.5 hours

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm
Friday 7.30am - 1pm

Back shift 34.5 hours

Sunday 9pm - 7.30am
Monday 3.30pm - 9.15pm
Tuesday - Thursday 3.30pm - 9.45pm

Night Shift 37.5 hours

Monday 9.15pm - 7.30am
Tuesday - Thursday 9.45pm - 7.30am
