First Line Support Analyst

The job is based on the Forres Enterprise Park at The Moray Development & Innovation Centre and Adecco are seeking talented and capable candidates who can drive continuous improvement, embed best practices and techniques into everything they do and support some extremely high-profile clients supporting Atos' broader Global IT services business.

Excellent on-going training and support is provided and in return you will need an interest in IT and possess excellent customer service skills. This role will be a phone based role, providing remote support to Atos IT users across the UK.

Atos will consider applicants from all backgrounds, although typically educated to GCSE of HNC level (or equivalent) and a qualification in a computer based subject is desirable but not essential although you must have experience using various systems and be a confident IT user. Previous customer service experience is an advantage, as well as excellent communication skills.

These roles will be based on a 12 month assignment with the potential to develop a long term career path with this company.

Hours are on a rota basis between 19.00-07.00 7 days per week on the following rota -

5 days on shift,
4 days off shift,
4 days on shift,
5 days off shift

Security clearance must be applied for and granted before completing training therefore you must be willing to go through an in-depth background check.

Hourly rate is £8.25 per hour and overtime is paid for time and a half after 37 hours worked per week
