From using Excel on a daily basis to chasing clients for payments, you will need a high level of attention to detail and be used to working to deadlines. Duties

·  Dealing with complaints and queries from clients

·  Use internal systems and Excel to keep track of tasks

·  Sending invoices out for clients

·  Chasing debt from clients

·  Working with other departments in the company

·  Credit control

·  Giving management updates

·  Dealing with a heavy workload
