Adecco Newbury have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a successful team based in Newbury on a temporary basis.
Our client is looking for someone to assist with the below duties.
Filing & archiving financial documents
Create archiving log and process guide
Daily incoming post - sorting, scanning, filing
Organising meetings and calls
Organise UK and shared drive folders
Checking employee expenses receipts and verifying back-up matches policy on a weekly basis
Complete full review of fixed asset register and verify assets via fixed asset count (one-off exercise)
Create 2017 audit folder from existing documentation, and set up files for preparation of 2018 audit
Set up files for annual payroll reporting 2018
Analyse specific balance sheet accounts as requested by & with guidance from UK Accountant
Work with team to update/improve process notes
Other ad hoc as needed.
