Salary: £12-13ph
Contract length: 12 months.
We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join a large manufacturing based in Basingstoke. This a a temporary position for 12 month.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and manage all current engineering contracts.
· Identify contract renewal dates and assess current requirements against service provider contract to ensure:
· All site requirements are met
· The service will meet sites expectations for safety and regulatory requirements
· The service offers good value for the cost
· The correct level of documentation is in place, Service Level Agreements, RAM's etc.
· The service provider can document the servicing/calibration to meet our documentation requirements.
· Identify opportunities for contract collation for better service and cost effectiveness.
· Ensure all service providers are on the site approved vendor list.
· Coordinate contractor selection. Ensure all documentation is available and arrange site meetings to conduct contractor approval sign off
· Conduct routine contractor reviews to ensure they are conforming to the contractor control policy
· File store contractors files including reported and documented misdemeanors
· Organize service visits to meet maintenance and production schedules
· Manage service contractors while on site
· Ensure service reports and calibration certificates are completed to site specification and are stored in the appropriate system for future reference.
· Ensure strong documentation links between hard, soft copies and SAP system.
· Manage insurance inspection filling system.
· Manage incoming calls and logged requests for facilities work.
· Priorities and schedule facilities work for cleaning team and general office repair work
· Highlight any critical facilities requests to the appropriate engineering/production/office manager.
· Manage notification and update requester with expected completion date, changes to completion date and actual completion date and check that requester is satisfied with work completion.
· Generate appropriate Key Performance Indicators to identify work completions rates along with areas for improvement with associated action plans for contract management and facilities management.
· Implement 5s and PPI process in order to manager the Engineering office
· Control format and layout of the engineering office
· Assist the Site Engineering Manager in CAPEX project management in:
· Loading capital requires forms onto the AR system
· Tracking AR status
· Supporting the project managers in purchase order generation
· Tracking planned project costs against actual costs
· Tracking project progress to agreed stages
· Ensuring project final costs are completed, tracked and assigned to the agreed CAPEX number.
· Build strong relationships across the site.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Demonstrated communications.
· Proficient Microsoft office, excel
· SAP
· Financial spreadsheet experience
· File management
· IOSH
· PPI, 5s
