Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln town centre is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team until end of August 2019.
The main responsibilities of the role are to support the facilities services helpdesk by coordinating activities including:
* Monitoring the facilities services mailbox for repair, maintenance and caretaker requests along with taking telephone calls
* Initiating work tasks via the company's internal system
* Assisting work to internal members of staff and external contractors across the force
* Ensure the prioritisation of repairs and maintenance requests
* Receipting works when completed
* Producing monthly reports to meet contractual obligations
* Generate purchase orders for goods and services including receipting when goods and services are delivered.
Any other duties as necessary.
To be considered for the role you will:
* Ideally have an Admin working background but it is not essential
* Be willing to learn new systems
* Able to work within a team and on your own initiative
* Be able to pass a full Police vetting check.
