Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to work in a busy customer space based in a Local Authority in Croydon that brings all services together, offers more flexible choices and a better service for residents.

The successful applicant will be trained on the job, and will initially spend the first few weeks meeting and greeting customers and sign posting them to the correct services. Eventually the applicant will be trained in other areas in the centre and will be required to work on a Rota basis to cover the various services in the centre and their satellite office in New Addington.

The successful applicant must have face to face customer service experience.
