Export Coordinator - Rest of the World

Working in a diverse team within the business fastest growing department. The export team are looking for a passionate and diverse individual to look after their 'Rest of the World' area, to include international clients. This team works to combine a flawless customer experience across aftersales, returns and customer services. The role is varied therefor the right candidate must be dynamic and ambitious with the ability to multi-task and handle pressure well. You will be working closely via email with customers with some phone work required.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

� Managing Orders for the ROW export territory

� Managing aftersales for the ROW export territory

� Managing daily bespoke reports for the ROW export territory

� To answer inbound calls from customers identifying their needs and utilising sales opportunities to maximise orders

� Working with the Internal Sales Team with customer enquiries

� To assist with calls in relation to customer disputes identifying their needs and ensuring their requirements are met

� Dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner - ensuring the customer is satisfied at the end of each call

� Assisting with customer returns - raising and crediting as required

� Working with Export Operations TL on discrepancies logged, to investigate and qualify all claims and arrange appropriate action where necessary

� To ensure communications both internal and external are of the highest standard

� To ensure all paperwork required both internally and externally is always up to date

� Ensure internal systems are updated to reflect the status of any dispute

� To deal with all employees and clients in a way that achieves the highest level of customer service whilst maintaining company standards

� In addition to these functions, the employee is required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the business

Desired Experience / Skills

� Excellent communicator

� Good business sense

� Initiative and enthusiasm

� Good planning and organizational skills

� The ability to work calmly under pressure

� Language skill not necessary
