My Manufacturing client based in Stoke on Trent is seeking an Export Administrator to join their export team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a professional telephone manner along with the capacity to meet deadlines and maintain records to a high standard. This role requires a candidate with a customer service focus and the ability to liaise with internal and external contacts at all times.
Foreign language skills and experience with the Middle East Markets would be advantageous.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· To deal with all aspects of export administration and sales, including direct customer contact, and working with the export sales manager in order to secure sales.
· To receive and process orders, arrange shipping and prepare the required documentation to meet market, customer and banking requirements.
· Maintaining processes and ensuring that compliance is adhered to.
Managing the timely resolution of queries and problems as they arise.
