Do you know your Pivot tables from your VLOOK UP's?
My international client based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are looking for a new Excel Administrator to join their aspirational and growing team.
Your main responsibilities:
· Manipulating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
· Using excel functions- VLOOK UP's, Pivot tables, SUM F, SUM Product and Conditional formatting
· Analysing figures for high profit accounts
· Forecasting and organising budgets
· Working closely with internal teams
· Communicating financials to clients
· Booking in meetings for departments
· Attending client meetings as and when required
Advanced Excel with working knowledge of VLook up's, Pivot tables, SUM F, SUM Product and Conditional formatting is essential.
Strong communication, organisation and an accurate eye for detail is essential to succeed in this position.
Salary - £20,000- £22,000
Working hours- 8.45- 5pm Monday to Friday
25 days +Bank Holidays
