Adecco is currently representing a brilliant candidate looking to recruit a candidate passionate about delivering great customer service. The right person will have a customer service background as they will be the main point of contact in welcoming all exam candidates to the Centre.
You will attend to customers and deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face and provide information to internal stakeholders i.e. Registrar and Examiners and external stakeholders i.e. candidates on exam protocol for the day. You will follow the appropriate customer service and security measures making sure the smooth running of the day and overall exam experience.
You will need to:
* Be accomplished in the provision of customer service excellence
* Have robust communication skills to communicate at all levels, both written and oral
*Be able to portray a professional image at all times and in challenging situations both internally and externally
* Have great time management
* Good IT skills
* Meticulous work ethic with strong attention to detail and accuracy

This role is part-time, working 3 days, Saturday and Sunday as well as another day during the week and salary is 20800 pro rata.
