Do you have previous Events experience?
Adecco recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an Events Co-ordinator based in Devizes on a part time basis for around 6 months. This will include flexi hours, and offers great experience to have on a CV! Our client is looking for someone who is immediately available or with a 1 weeks notice period.
Duties will involve:
- Arranging events for conferences and awards
- Sending invitations to staff and their families
- Working with a variety of departments to distinguish who is nominated
- Completing all administration behind the organising of the event, e.g Ordering relevant supplies, arranging venues and caterers amongst a variety of other duties.
The ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Organisation skills
- Sense of Urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
