We have an exciting 8-month contact (full time) opportunity for a European Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator (French Speaking) for assisting our client with the timely and accurate handling of B2B Customer Service enquiries of a dedicated account base via Email, fax, web and phone.
The role includes:
· Accurate, swift customer order and credit processing onto the company system
· Manage sales orders and customer enquiries to conclusion
· Communicate and resolve customer complaints within set company timelines
· Monitor and manage deliveries as well as backorders of dedicated account base
· Liaise with, manage and nurture a successful relationship with internal and external customers
· Learn and disseminate accurate information about the company and its products to support existing and potential clients
· Maintain records and files of work conducted
The successful candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English as well as French to a mother-tongue standard, have proven Customer Service experience in an office environment and be able to multi-task whilst working to set deadlines and follow established company processes. Previous experience with SAP would also be an advantage.
