The post holder will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance of the buildings structure, fabric, finishes and fittings within the Trusts and building maintenance service. Whilst working on a core trade as a Builder the post holder will also provide support to other crafts personnel and contractors with reference to plant, equipment, site facilities, building fabric and grounds infrastructure. Primary duties are to support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the provision of a cost effective, timely and quality driven maintenance service within the Trust and to those organisations whom the Trust have Service Level Contracts.

Essential Requirements

-Building Apprenticeship

-City and Guilds Craft Certificate or NVQ equivalent.

-Hold recognised academic qualifications in English and Mathematics or equivalent level of skill.

The hours will be Monday to Friday working general office hours (Flexible) Pay is £11.41 per hour
