ERP Project Content Administrator/Author
Responsibilities
· Create, design and develop training content and documentation in partnership with Training Coordinator, internal stakeholders, Operators, Stream Leads, Super Users and Info Consultants
· Maintain & update curriculum and training records
Requirements
· MS Office/365 proficiency
· Advanced Microsoft word formatting and processing skills
· Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
· Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence to challenge where required to ensure the content is optimised for the end user
· Preferred work experience creating training content, Systems Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
· Preferred knowledge of systems training, instructional design theory and implementation
· Preferred ERP/ Finance systems experience
· Preferred experience with e-learning platforms
