My client is looking for an Engineering Production Operative to join their team on a temp-perm basis manufacturing and producing high specification parts for a variety of market places around the world.

The successful candidate will integrate into their existing team to become a valued link in the manufacturing process, able to multi role and produce high quality output.

The candidate must fit the following criteria:
- Experienced in the use of hand tools used in mechanical manufacture and assembly
- Experience of low volume manufacture and of light mechanical assembly
- Comfortable working within a multi disciplinary environment
- Able to review and prioritise workload in line with other operators and functions
- Able to work within a small multifunctional and versatile team
- Competent in the use of hand held measuring equipment
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety/C.O.S.H.H requirements
- Assist with equipment and site maintenance functions

The candidate should be flexible, decisive, pragmatic, willing to learn, have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
