Our client, one of the largest insurance and investment companies in the world are seeking a Scheme Underwriting Coordinator to start in their team in the Chandler's Ford area and if you have these qualities demonstrated on your CV we would love to hear from you.

Working within a team of 30 if you are successful in the role you will receive full training and you will assist in coordinating emails for the team that underwrites Group Income Protection products.

Start date: ASAP ( A compliance process will be involved that can take 1-2 weeks)

Pay rate: £10.00 per hour.

Role Length: 6 months

Your Responsibilities would involve:

·  Monitoring incoming emails and booking in accurately on the clients quotation systems

·  Identifying queries that can be dealt with quickly and allocate accordingly to members of the team

·  Respond to some straight forward customer queries

·  Work effectively with colleagues cross site to ensure a joined up approach to joint enquiries

Skills / Experience preferred:

Need to be a confident decision maker with good critical reasoning to determine the best approach to solving queries. Accurate. Great customer service skills. Quick learner. Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment where priorities can quickly change

Please note: Due to the client agreements in place a full vetting procedure is required prior to start that will involve a credit check, referencing and a criminal record check, this will need to be completed prior to start which can take two weeks
