This is a professional, challenging, and exciting role working within a very busy environment. Agile working is available for this role.
Processing service, MOT, Tyre replacements and mechanical repair bookings via telephone calls and online requests whilst following customer policies and adhering to existing SLA's
Provide information relevant to each booking, including collection/deliveries, relief vehicles and all necessary lead times Process booking amendments and cancellations and ensure the bookings system remains updated with accurate booking information
Increasing workflow into a preferred network of suppliers by following the booking directional policy in place
Respond to incoming queries that enter the team both internal and external using the telephone and case management system relating to bookings and accident claims
Handle driver complaints in the correct manner responding to our drivers within the agreed timescales
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and to agreed service levels, whilst delivering world class service levels. An eye for detail, a fantastic phone manner and being organised are critical to the success in this role.
