Permanent Position - Stockport
Domestic Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor/Administrator, to work for a fantastic and growing company based in Stockport. The successful candidate will be joining a small team, processing new orders for Customers, providing exceptional Customer Service, dealing with a large variety of queries via telephone, email and face to face, along with all other related Administration duties.

Duties will include:
-Processing incoming sales enquiries via telephone or in person from the showroom
-Carefully processing order information
-Verifying quotation and cost
-Allocating Sales leads to the field Sales teams and book in the diary accordingly
-Providing exceptional Customer Service
-Managing, amending and cancelling orders
-Develop relationships with Customers and manage individual accounts
-All other related Administration duties

Candidates must:
-Have experience within a busy Sales environment
-Cope well under pressure and enjoy multi-tasking
-Be flexible and able to work alternative Saturdays
-Have a can-do attitude, positive and an eagerness to learn
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Great team player and able to work within a small team
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Be computer literate

Salary - �17,000 per annum.

Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 plus 2 in 4 Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00 (Time given back in Lieu or as paid overtime).

Benefits: 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays, Company pension Scheme and staff discount after 3 months.
