Adecco are currently looking for a full time Display Assistant to work for their client at a leading Global organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. The Display Assistant will be working 36 hours a week and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5. The Display Assistant will be providing temporary cover for a minimum of 1 month and should be available to start immediately. The Display Assistant will be providing support to the Space, Range and Display Department.

You will be supporting the range change process by creating great planograms for customers, colleagues and the business.

In this role you will be accountable for:

- Supporting the manager to deliver range change events to the critical path deadlines and escalating when this is not possible.

- Helping your manager to deliver Level Run Down targets ensuring great availability and escalate when this cannot be achieved.

- Understanding your product area and customers, and use this information to help make recommendations.

- Building and recording visually appealing displays for all space breaks.

- Writing engaging store guides and communications that help translate the brief for every range change.

- Contributing to post implementation feedback and review sessions to drive a continuous improvement model.

- Delivering the display strategy for your category.

- Staying up to date on 'What good looks like' for the business and what competitors are doing on Range and Display through regular store and competitor visits.

- Contributing in cross functional Natural Work Teams to ensure you land range changes right first time.
