This person will be responsible for but not limited to coordination of in-scope brand transition efforts from the legacy Alere brand to Abbott. Projects include:

·  Rebranding of existing web properties

·  Creation of new web sites

·  Search Engine Marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC) supporting customer awareness of the brand transition

·  Rebranding of other digital assets and templates

·  Supporting upcoming digital communication efforts to transition brand equity

Responsibilities:

Tasks included in project coordination include:

·  Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, project hours and budgets.

·  Organising meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors

·  Documenting and following up on actions and decisions.

·  Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

·  Providing administrative support as needed, following-up with stakeholders and vendors on actions

·  Ensuring projects adhere to management and compliance frameworks and all documentation is maintained online for each project.

Digital Marketing contribution

·  Examples of typical project tasks: keyword research and optimisation, meta data strategy and implementation, analytics support, building emails.

This role may suit a recently qualified graduate or an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist.
